How it works

Once we receive your vehicle enquiry we will provide you with a quote and await your decision.

Our procedures are as follows:

Upon receipt of your signed order and set up paperwork we will process your file and advise approval. At this point we would ask you to pay a deposit and confirm your vehicle details and delivery information.

We require a deposit equivalent to 1 month’s rental as a deposit. This is returned to you at the end of the contract, subject to the vehicle being returned to standard. At the end of the contract you have the option to simply return, extend in the current vehicle depending on mileage or change to a new brand new vehicle. This is always tied in so you are never without a vehicle. We also sell all of our defleeted stock so please ask if this is something you wish to enquire on. 

We do not provide insurance as we find most of our customers prefer to take out their own insurance as this is more cost effective with much lower excess and premiums. We are happy to advise you on this if required. You will be required to take out fully comprehensive cover for the usage of your business or your individual needs.   

The 1st months rental is payable on the day of delivery by card or bank transfer. Each month thereafter is payable by direct debit per calendar month and co-insides with the delivery date. Remember our prices cover a full calendar month and not 28 days like some other companies.

We offer free collection and delivery within the M25, outside of this the cost is based on your postcode. At contract end the vehicle is inspected by an independent inspection company. 

We require the following paperwork for set up:

  • Copy of recent utility bill
  • Copy of recent bank statement
  • Copy of photocard driver’s license and New online DVLA  license check
  • Proof of employment/self- employment/business
